                  AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING CITY OF CHATTANOOGA 
                  SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS LOCATED ON TRACT NO. 
                  108, LINE G-1, AND TRACT NO. 111, LINE G-8 
                  ONLY, AS SHOWN MORE PARTICULARLY ON THE MAP 
                  ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY 
                  REFERENCE.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby 
       abandoned City of Chattanooga sanitary sewer easements located on 
       Tract No. 108, Line G-1, and Tract No. 111, Line G-8 only, as 
       shown more particularly on the map attached hereto and 
       incorporated herein by reference.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That the 
       Administrator of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to 
       execute any and all instruments necessary to carry out the 
       purposes of this Ordinance.
       	    	 SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance 
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as 
       provided by law.
